Sorry for the late reply, but Violet and I have been working on – stop since our return from India if February. We have been to many places, but India was by far the most exotic and wonderful country we have ever seen. The people, sights, food, cultures were amazing! There was nothing that we could mention to improve the experience. It really was extraordinary. We wish we could have stayed longer. In fact, if we had known about the extension to southern India, we would have booked that too. Your staff was exceptional. Everyone was very professional and extremely helpful at all times. We have already recommended your company to several of our friends, and we hope to go back to India with you as soon as we can. Violet and I are already thinking about getting away again. We are booked to go to the Oceania cruise event on Sunday, April 24th We are extremely happy with the level of service and the quality the Explore India has provided. If you ever need a reference please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you for everything,

As we mentioned to you before, it was one the best and most memorable trips we have ever experienced and we have travelled a lot. Your attention to every little detail and your extreme caring for us really made the difference. Everyday was a new highlight with its own thrilling surprises and enjoyment. Val and I had a wonderful time in India. We thought the tour was great and we managed to see a lot in the given time. The guides and drivers were very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. Our guide was adaptable when we wanted to change certain aspects of the program. The hotels we stayed in were fantastic. It was nice coming back to them after a day of touring. Highlights for me included Pushkar, Varanasi and the elephant and camel rides. I thought there was a good balance of city/rural life, history, culture and modern information and sites.

Hello All, John and I arrived home at 5:15 am this morning. Flight was on time and our departure from Delhi went smoothly. We just wanted to write to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip and especially how much we enjoyed our guide Mr. Sharma. All of our hotels were excellent, service outstanding and food delicious (including the presentation of it!). Mr. Sharma’s comments and detailed descriptions were both informative and entertaining. His handling of the confusion surrounding our return flight from Varanasi to Delhi and his ability to solve the problem calmly and professionally was much appreciated by the entire group. At no time did we doubt that Mr. Sharma would make sure we returned to Delhi with ample time to prepare ourselves for our long journey home last night. Thank you to all staff in your offices, both Canada and India. We will definitely recommend Explore India to our friends. Namaste! Gael Robertson-Craig John Craig

Dear Nazir, Nazir, Explore India (Nov 17 departure) delivered on all expectations and promises, and then some. The professional competence of your staff, without exception in both Vancouver and India, ensured that the ambitious itinerary was not only delivered but exceeded. Much of this credit must be given to our very deserving guide Harry. Harry, so knowledgeable, led us each through the kaleidoscope of challenges and chaos that is India... left me wanting more. It was a privilege to be on his bus. Also deserving for a job well done is our driver and his helper, Yogi, office support staff in Delhi and your representative in Varanasi. Judy and I had an airline glitch and he worked hard to solve it and kept us informed, much appreciated. I am sorry I don't know each of their names. I have shared my story and pictures with a neighbor, you'll be hearing from them soon. I had a great time, be proud of your staff and your product. Kindest regards,

Hello Nazir. We got back from our trip to India on March 1st. Just as you promised, we had a fabulous and amazing trip, and are so glad we went! Thank you so much for making the arrangements for us. I hope your trip there went as well as ours did. I also wanted to let you know what a great job our guide Sundeep Singh did on behalf of Explore India. I cannot understate how much his presence added to the enjoyment of our trip, and that of our fellow travellers. First of all his knowledge of all things India was amazing. He told us all we could possibly want in understandable lay man’s terms about the history of your country, but he also surprised us with his knowledge of even minute details about all the flora and fauna we came across. I’m not surprised he is working towards his PHD in history. In addition, his professionalism and demeanor towards all of his “respected guests” was top notch. He always gave clear and concise directions to our group, and knew how give them to us in a “just in time” fashion rather than bombarding us with information before we needed it. This is not an easy thing to do with as large a group as ours was. He was always able to do this in a professional yet down to earth fashion. Sundeep was also able to make the quick hard decisions when the situation warranted it, so they did not become group debates. He was also always on guard for our safety and security, and he always found good clean restaurants for us that served “yummy” food, and stopped at restrooms that were as clean as possible. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience. It would be appreciated if you could pass on our feedback to Sundeep, and let him how much his services added to the enjoyment of our trip. I have already passed your name and company information on to some of our friends, with a strong recommendation for them to follow us and go Explore India. I wish you and your company well in the future. Sincerely,

Thank you for the welcome home card. All went well on the return trip and we have just about got over the jet lag and the other demands involved in a long trip. We had a great time and enjoyed the whole experience. I could see just what must have been involved in putting together a trip such as this and we both agree you did an outstanding job. Rolff was great on the post tour and the guide etc. in Varanasi. The Ganges was a wonderful experience. Again thanks and we will keep in touch.

My wife, Julia, and I wanted to express to you our satisfaction with all the arrangements that were made for our group during our travels in India. Everything was absolutely wonderful and went extremely smoothly. Our guide, Shyaam Singh, was totally amazing. He was truly a professional as well as more than flexible with making changes to our itinerary to suit our needs. His knowledge and experience was very apparent and most appreciated. Our group felt like Shyaam was part of our family and he included us in a very enjoyable experience with celebrating Diwali with one of his friends family while we were in Varanasi. This was a wonderful experience for our group. Shyaam made our experiences in India more wonderful than we could ever have expected. We will highly recommend Explore India to all of our friends, family and personal contacts for any travels to India. Thank you very much for all of your hard work put into making our travels such a beautiful experience. Sincerely, Gord and Julia Donaldson
