Hi Nazir, I am writing to thank you for organizing an amazing trip for us. Mandira, you impressed us before we left Toronto with how effective and attentive you were in making sure we had everything. Your customer service was excellent. Thank you. We had a fantastic time in India. The trip was well organized. The culture, food, people, shopping, and places were all amazing. Each city had something special to offer. We were well taken care of by Ajur, Arvin, Parveen, and Sonu. We spent a lot of our time with Ajur, Parveen, and Sonu. These guys are amazing. Our driver handled the bus and road with expertise and safety. Sonu was so amazing. Always there to greet us off and on the bus and always hand sanitizer ready for us, providing us with water and snacks. He is very attentive and works really hard. Our group was fantastic, really great folks. We will definitely recommend your company to others and we can’t wait to explore the rest of India in the near future.

In November 2012 we took a four week tour to India which was organized by Nazir Karnai Explore India It was indeed the best tour we have ever had. The whole tour starting from arrival at Delhi airport felt like we were in safe hands. Our driver, car, accommodation in different cities and tour guides were all arranged with detail and consideration of our safety and comfort. Every moment was worth while and no time wasted or surprises on extra expenses. We received royal treatment everywhere we went. Our special thanks to Nazir and his staff in Delhi who were available to answer any questions or concerns. We truly recommend Explore India in Vancouver for their excellent service and hospitality. Thank you Nazir and Staff

Namaste! We had an incredible trip, and was far more than we could have ever expected, Rajeev and Yajur I know that is spelt wrong, made the trip as smooth as could be. The whole trip was fantastic, great programme, the only down side was the air quality, and was such a shame that the Ganges was so fogged in we did not see the morning sunset. Susan and I with the rest of the group were so lucky to see the Siberian Tiger not just once but twice. Thanks again for such a wonderful programme to see Incredible India. You certainly have a great set up, Merry Christmas and Happy 2016

It has been a couple of months since we returned from our private tour in India. It is still on our minds, we had such a wonderful time. I wanted to contact you much sooner to let you know but with illness in our families, the holidays and business the time has passed so quickly. We really wanted to thank you for setting up such a great trip - our driver, Harpal, was excellent. He made the long drives enjoyable and took very good care of us, especially when David got sick for a few days. His care and attention to us let us relax and feel safe, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The guides were really good, the sites amazing, the hotels - especially Agra - We were lucky enough to see a tiger walk right past our jeep. The trip was memorable, exciting and romantic. My husband and I would highly recommend it as everything was taken care of and we had no worries or concerns once we met our driver and guide upon arriving at the Delhi airport. A truly exceptional experience and we are so glad we chose to book with Explore India. Thank you again. Regards,

First of all a big thank you to you and your team in India for an excellent tour. It was most enjoyable. We would like to mention Rajeev and Yajur in particular. Rajeev was very welcoming and friendly and Yajur was an excellent and very knowledgeable tour guide. Kashmir was very interesting and beautiful - Bashir was very accommodating and we appreciated you calling him periodically to check that our trip was proceeding well. We would definitely recommend Kashmir to friends planning a trip to India. What we really appreciated was the diversity provided whether it be the food (we did go to some excellent restaurants), the monuments that we visited, the rickshaw ride in old Delhi and the nature of Ranthambore NP. The hotels were generally excellent particularly in Srinagar, Agra and Jaipur. Ranthambore was a bit on the rustic side but the setting was good and very close to the park entrance. There was no mix up with bags, and timing and transport coordination was excellent. One thing we really did appreciate was time to relax and have some down time at the hotels.

Namaste Nazir, Thank you for your email and welcome home. My trip to India was " incredible" indeed! It is hard to put the experience into words as it is another world there. Explore India met all my expectations and makes it clear that they aim to please their guests. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. Is it excellent value too. Keep up the good work. Best wishes,

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time on our trip to India last month. We were taken care of by all of your representatives who were very friendly and helpful. Our guide in Nepal, Bakash, was very knowledgeable and did everything to make our stay exciting. Although at times his English was hard to understand, he was very accommodating and helpful and made that part of our trip very memorable. In India, Sundeep was also a great guide. He told us many interesting things about the places that we visited. I enjoyed all of our excursions and the hotels were wonderful. Thanks for all of your and Madera's help in planning this trip. It is an adventure that I will always remember.

I was just editing our Indian photos and thought I should write you a few words of thanks for a great trip. I can't start to imagine the amount of time and effort that went into organizing and creating such a successful and wonderful experience, and I know you played a major part in that. Your negotiations with the Indian government, prior to our trip, to simplify the visa process and your many flights ahead of us, during the trip , to make sure things flowed smoothly were recognized and much appreciated. The India trip was the longest and most expensive trip we have taken and we knew it would be special. Everything, from the accommodations, food and experiences exceeded our expectations. Many of us commented during the trip "it just keeps getting better". This was not just intended to be a sightseeing trip but a trip to experience India, and we experienced things that most people visiting India would never experience. The three days in Kashmir was a lovely way to end the trip. It is a beautiful part of the country and quite different from the rest of India. In spite of it's proximity to Pakistan, heavy security and strong military presence, people seemed happy, relaxed, peaceful and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks again Nazir for helping make this a trip of a lifetime. Looking forward to seeing you again on future trips.

Now that you are back from India I wanted to thank you and Rajeev for the wonderful holiday that that you organized. I had high expectations but I can truly say that our expectations were exceeded throughout the holiday. The choice of hotels was fabulous as was the choice of cities and sites to visit. We will certainly plan another trip in the future as there is still so much to see in India and we will contact you again. Rajeev was very attentive following up with us almost every day and making sure everything went smoothly (which it did). The drivers and guides were great throughout the trip. I only have one small suggestion. Depending on your client's budget and available time, I would book one free day in some of the palace hotels just to enjoy the pools and gardens. The pace of the trip was great but I would have liked one more day at say Lake Palace or Umaid Bhawan Palace to enjoy the hotel itself. I have already recommended you to three other friends. Thanks again
