Dear Nazir, We had a wonderful trip and were very pleased with the quality of the tour. The staff was very professional and friendly. We really appreciated the friendliness and great care your clients received. We have already recommended your company to others and hope to return to India again. The highlights for us were the safari and visiting the Taj Mahal. One suggestion I have is to suggest clients bring candies or small gifts (pencils, pins etc.) or a book to give to the children in the villages. We have so many fond memories and new friendships from our voyage. I hope to use your services again soon. Namaste

My apologies for the delay in writing, but I had a rough re-entry to Canada. This was the worst case of jet-lag I’ve ever had, and also a number of things demanded my attention upon our return. I don’t want to let any more time go by before saying, though, that India exceeded our expectations on all fronts, including the service of our tour guide, Raj. Over the years we’ve been to many countries and this was by far the richest travel experience of our lives. India's diversity of religions, languages and cultures is unparalleled in any other part of the world we’ve visited. The people were gracious and the sights amazed us everywhere we went. A lifetime would not be enough to scratch the surface of this ancient land. One day we would love to return. Thank you again for all you did to organize such a never-to-be-forgotten journey! Best regards, Ted and Anita

Dear Mandira and Nazir, We had a really wonderful time. Our guide was very professional, informative and warm which really makes a huge difference when going with a group..and we could not have been luckier group wise- everyone was friendly and engaged. The hotels were all extremely good. We really enjoyed the range of food, the optional cookery session was a real insight into family life- a most delightful family. We really enjoyed the performance in Kerala. It was such a pity the performers did not have a larger audience Thank you all at Explore India for such a professional and friendly service. We will most definitely recommend your company to anyone thinking of going to India. Kind regards Catriona

This past January we had a wonderful escorted five day tour of India. Nazir of Explore India put the tour together, hosted it, and we couldn't be more satisfied with his knowledge of the country, his enthusiasm, and his jovial personality. If you're thinking of a trip to India, and you're a little hesitant to do it all on your own, then call Nazir and let him do all the heavy lifting. Nazir looked after all the details, from hotel reservations, luggage, check-ins, meals, and entertainment. The hotels were all first class, the meals and restaurant venues second to none, and the entertainment something we won't soon forget... elephant rides and fireside suppers are only a few of the highlights we loved. Call Nazir. He will look after all the little things and you can sit back and enjoy. You won't spend one minute worrying about a thing.

Hi Nazir, Just a note on behalf of my wife and I regarding our recent trip to India. First we would like to commend you on running a very good operation in India even though you are based in Canada. Our India experience started out by being greeted by a very professional gentleman who picked us up at the airport. He made us feel very welcome at 1:00 in the morning while having to wait for over 2 hrs for us to get out of the Airport. Later in the morning at the hotel we were greeted by Rajeev who helped make our first day in Delhi very enjoyable by making various arrangements that were not part of the itinerary. Our overall India experience exceeded our expectations mostly because of the people you have on the ground in India. We always felt that we were getting the best treatment from everyone in your organization. We want to commend the people who spent many hours with us because they deserve a big thank you and a pat on the back. We appreciate the enthusiasm of our tour guide Harry who made our India experience unforgettable. He went beyond what we expect of a travel guide and as a result we all benefited tremendously from his knowledge of India as well as his interest in wanting us to have the best travel experience, and not just see India from the bus. This was tremendously appreciated by Leslie and I. We have already been sharing our unique daily “Harry” experiences with family and friends back in Canada. He is truly a GEM. I still do not know how he can look so good every day and have a different coordinated outfit that fits with the theme of the day, or event. Operations Manager, Rajeev seemed to genuinely care about making sure that we were enjoying our time in India and he handled the currency issue willingly to make sure that we had some local currency in spite of the challenges. He showed up often and kept in touch frequently with our group as we travelled through India. He genuinely cared that we were enjoying our time in India. I personally appreciate how he coordinated the tailor from CCCI to meet with me to do a fitting and final delivery at the hotels. This was above and beyond what was expected. Lastly we would like to thank our bus driver Mr. Rakesh and his assistant. These guys truly know how to manoeuver a vehicle with great proficiency. They were also always smiling after long days. Thank you to all of your other staff who had a hand in making our India experience truly memorable. We will be sure to refer Explore India as we tell our stories to our friends and family. P.S The hotels, transportation and arranged meals were all very good as well. Keep well and all the best.

Hello Nazir, Thank you for the welcome home note and for all the help you provided before we started our journey. It was truly a very memorable experience. Of the spots, we visited the ones that stick out are naturally the Taj Mahal which is more impressive live than in photos, the ghats in Varanasi to view the use of the Ganges for washing, bathing, praying, cremation, etc and the tea plantations in Kerela. The food was delicious; so many different types of curry to try. The Explore India people in India did a wonder job. The representatives were there to welcome us and facilitate our transfers to the hotels and our check in at the airports. Of special note are the tour guide, the bus driver and the assistant who accompanied us on our trip. The tour guides added so much to our understanding of Indian history, culture, politics, etc. Their explanation at each of sites we visited enhanced our appreciation of the site and its history. The bus drivers are outstanding in navigating the chaotic Indian roads and getting us safely from place to place on time. The assistants too kept the bus clean and supplied us with water and snacks. On the magic India and Varanasi segments our tour guide was Yajur, the driver was Dave and assistant was Shankar; on the Kerela tour the tour guide was Jishoy Kumar, the driver was Sibu and the assistant was Arun. We’ve thanked them but if you have a chance please give them our sincere thanks for making the trip memorable. Would definitely like to take another trip to India. Would definitely use your company to guide us around India. Thank you very much.

Hello Nazir, Linda and I arrived back in our home at 2:30 PM on March 13, 2019, after a long journey that began at 5:30 AM on March 12th, as we got up to witness the sun rising over the peaks of the Himalayan Mountains. Needless to say we were both extremely tired for a few days. That being said - Let me begin by thanking you, Mandira and all of the Explore India staff in Canada, India and Nepal. Every person we met were exceptional - Greeters, Drivers, Managers and our Tour Leaders Mr. Sharma in India and Mr. Acharya in Nepal. You certainly have have built an Organization that excels in Customer Service. As someone who spent his working career in Sales & Customer Service Management - Your Team is second to none. I commend you for this great accomplishment. Our Trip to India and Nepal was certainly "A Journey Of The Senses". From the Hotels selected for the Program, Venues For Special Event Meals and even the mandated Shopping Stops - all were First Class. The Program Itinerary provided us with a FANTASTIC opportunity to see an India - diverse in Culture, having great history, AMAZING architecture and most importantly WONDERFUL People. Not only do we have photos of this Journey - we have memories that are etched in our brain for eternity. If I can make one suggestion to your Nepal Extension Program. A late afternoon arrival at Club Himalaya with a morning departure on the following day is not enough time for two reasons - Potential of Poor Visability and Travel Time. For us the Kathmandu sights could have been condensed to allow for a second night at Club Himalaya. Thank you again. We will certainly be recommending Explore India to anyone that has an interest in India.

I would like to say how much Janet and I enjoyed our recent trip to India and to commend you and your company for the organization of the trip. We would particularly like to recognize the efforts of our tour guide Yuvraj Singh for whom nothing was too much trouble and who was always helpful and informative and polite in answering our many questions. In closing, I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any future prospective travellers to India. I hope both Yuvraj and yourself are in good health and I wish both of you and Explore India well in the future.

Hello Nazir, The Journey of the Senses was truly an amazing trip and there are many things to reflect on. It is difficult to process it all at once. The pictures and the memories certainly help. I am working at putting together a travel journal so I don't forget it all! There, of course, were many highlights, but three key highlights for us were the community kitchen at the Gurduwara Bangla Sahib [we would have loved more time there], the visits to the ghats in Varanasi and the tour of the slum in Mumbai. I'm so glad that we switched to the February tour from a private tour in December, and that we chose a tour that you were leading. You and your team thought of everything, and took care of every small detail, including a proper toilet in the middle of the desert!. Not having to deal with our luggage, checking in at the airports, or lining up for hotel keys was a real treat. The guides, especially Yajur, were great, and we felt very safe and protected with Ravi and Shenkar. The special events - welcome dinner, elephant and camel safaris, lunch at Taj Khema and the dinner with Joti in Udaipur were amazing, each surprise exceeding the other. And a special thank you for arranging my trip to the dentist in Jodhpur. These kinds of unexpected medical issues can be stressful, but you calmly took care of every detail. Again, Nazir, thank you for a great time-enjoyable, educational and delicious! We may be up for another adventure in 2017 - let us know!

FEEL CONFIDENT TRAVELING WITH EXPLORE INDIA
No company is big or small when you have 100% capability of exceeding guest expectations. A rating of 10 out of 10 does not adequately reflect the level of the experience and value of the tour that we provide to India especially for the first time visitors. Explore India’s success can be traced all the way back to those early days of learning what it means to be a host and to this day, our motto is to treat the guest like a member of the family. A sure testimonial to the business, given the fact that many Canadians have travelled not one, not twice, but three times with Explore India, the early teachings seem to have paid off, as touring to India with us is a sought-after experience in Canada and beyond.
